Sorry if I’m duplicating a thread, but I can’t find an answer. I have both digital and physical products on my page for sale. Digital sales are easy with downloadable files, but for physical products, how do I request the buyer’s shipping address in eStore?
If the “Downloadable” checkbox of a product is unchecked (in the product configuration), then the plugin will request PayPal to collect shipping address during checkout. That address is then available for you to see in the manage customers menu of eStore. You can also see the shipping address in your PayPal account.
