What you are asking for (WP user name) is currently not supported. Much of the PDF Stamper plugin uses obfuscated PHP code; so it may be impossible for you to add a new variable, on your own. You might want to try requesting a custom work order quote; and one of the developers will get back with you.
Did you look at this WordPress specific option?
Unfortunately, the current version only supports the English language (and character set). If this is an unsurmountable issue for you; you can request a refund for your purchase.
How is the user name and email address to be provided? From a membership plugin, from WordPress, or from a user form?
I’m having trouble changing the 7-day free trial to a free membership level, & adding existing members to it.
Is this a free membership level that only lasts 7 days, or is this a paid membership level with a 7 day free membership period?
In any case, the “best way” of approaching the issue is to create a separate free membership level and then simply bulk move existing members to it.
If the original error was because of any “illegal characters” in a member’s CSV record; it will happen again, unless you first look for any similar errors in the other records. Did @admin identify what the error was, to you?
Subscription buttons, by default, use PayPal. You need to use “gateway specific” subscription buttons (see step 3):

Have you tried any of these variations? It does require they have a WP account on your site, though. But if you also have our eStore plugin, you can also use a squeeze form, to get the required information.
Please redownload a fresh copy of the plugin; to ensure that your copy was not corrupted.
Next, please follow the installation instructions for eStore, as shown in the video.
- If you temporarily switch to the 2020 (or any of the default WP themes), do you still have the same issue?
- Please perform these checks to see if your site has any JavaScript errors.
- Please try refreshing your eStore installation.

We are unaware of any impacts.
However, in various parts of the world, PayPal is paring back its service offerings. In Australia, PayPal Here will be discontinued on June 29; but is unaffected in other parts of the world. What the rep told you may only apply to the UK.
