MemberIs there any possibility to define letters like Ö Ä Ü in the PDF Stamper Plugin?
European languages have often special letters like ñ, ø or in German Ö Ä Ü
The PDF Stampe seems not to support these letters and it produces ugly gibberish that may annoy customers because their names look like an ugly mess in a file they spend money for.

KeymasterHi, Go to PDF stamper plugin settings and enable the following feature which will take care of it:
Use UTF-8 FontIf you read the help text for the above mentioned field, it will tell you what it does.

ParticipantHi, I have the same problem for the plugin eStore and the emails that are sent to the customer after payment. How do I fix this issue in eStore plugin? The email text that Im referring to is found under Dashboard -> WP eStore -> Settings -> Email settings -> Buyer email body -> {product_details} and {product_link}.
Best regards,
H

ParticipantHi there, I have the same problem.
In plugin Settings > Text to Stamp, the original text “Versão gerada para” is stamped as “Versão gerada para”.
On my website all PDFs are generated by the button [stamper_download_button_for_wp_user]
The problem occurs even if “Use UTF-8 Font” option is checked.

ModeratorUnfortunately, the current version only supports the English language (and character set). If this is an unsurmountable issue for you; you can request a refund for your purchase.

ParticipantHello, do you plan to fix this issue please with non english character? The UTF-8 Font option apparently doesn’t work anymore, and that really doesn’t look professional to have all these weird characters in the middle of the stamp :/
Thanks in advance

ModeratorThe issue is with the library, that the plugin uses. We are not licensed to modify the library.
