Hi,
Could you please tell me if there is any way to give members the ability to upgrade their primary membership level for free? For example, a page with a button they could click to upgrade their primary membership level (without having to pay anything)? Or some other method to achieve this? We would like to give certain members a complimentary / free membership upgrade and are wondering if this is possible – i.e. to ‘automate’ the process by allowing the members to do it themselves, instead of having to manually update the member account records on the back end.
