MemberI am using a Mac running on OSX 10.8.4
Chrome version 28.0.1500.95
here is the shortcode: [wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_pdf link=”http://www.painfieldtheory.com/wp-content/uploads/Test-Pain-Pain-Field-Theory.pdf” width=”960″ height=”720″ title=”Summary Pain Field Theory” source=”http://www.painfieldtheory.com/wp-content/uploads/PFT.png”%5D
And here is the page where you can see what is going on.

Works fine on Safari and Firefox.
PS: The is a link at the en of the PDF file. I can open the link from Safari but not from Firefox.

ModeratorHi, I don’t think it has anything to do with lightbox. Every browser has a different pdf engine to open the PDF file. For some reason the Firefox one is not being able to recognize the links in your PDF file.
If you directly open the PDF file in a new tab you will see the same behaviour on Firefox:

May be you should use a good PDF converter like Adobe Acrobat to create your PDF files. Here is a link to one of our documentation guides and the links in it work fine on Firefox:

MemberI don’t have a problem with Firefox. The problem is with Chrome.
Its working fine with Firefox and Safari.
In any case I noticed that the Chrome PDF viewer was missing. I installed it and but now there is a different issue.
The very same link that works on the other browser gives me the following message in Chrome.
“Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”
Could you please look at the page directly: [http://www.painfieldtheory.com/test-pdf-popup]
The image link opens ok in Chrome.
Thank you.
