The visual editor always keeps the source formatting. So either you need to paste as plain text or switch to the “text” editor and paste the content.

eStore plugin doesn’t actually control the visual editor. It comes from core WordPress.
So how you are you adding a new line. By pressing
Enter? If you don’t want to start a new<p>you can try pressingShift+Enter. It allows you to separate the lines with a<br>instead of<p>
