I need two prices per product (quantity discount).

One piece 199, 3 pieces for 249

1. I set normaly, 2. set 50 BUT but instead of 50 counts 5000

Hi, you can set up the variation like the following:

Quantity|1:0|3:50

By default 1 will be selected. When 3 is selected it will automatically add $50 to the base price $199.

You might also want to use a “Buy Now” type button for that product so it takes the user directly to the payment page.
