eStore – Receipt Creator not going to proper URL

I have the receipt creator installed and the link shows up fine in the customer email.

However, the URL that it points to is incorrect (because of the way I created my website).

My main domain is p-rposters.com. However, I created my site in a subdirectory: E3P7QZ4NZjP – but have it pointing to my root directory.

So, now when I click the link in the email generated for the .pdf receipt this is the URL that it points to:

[http://p-rposters.com/E3P7QZ4NZjP/?issued_receipt_display=2&email=motivationposters%40gmail.com]

and nothing loads at that page.

Any ideas where I can make the necessary adjustment?

Hi, please go to Settings->General from your WP Dashboard and tell me what you see in the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields.

I usually develop a wordpress site in a subdirectory below the root so that I can make sure everything works correctly before it goes live. But, when I pointed the address to my root – with this plugin, somethings don’t work exactly right. Like the search function which I needed to add the [http://p-rposters.com] to the shortcode. But that doesn’t work for the receipt creator.

The plugin takes various URL values from the WordPress environment. Something is off with your WordPress install so the values the plugin is getting from the install is not working. I have made a small adjustment to the receipt creator addon. Please re-download the receipt creator addon now and try a new test purchase.

There is progress. Now the subdirectory isn’t listed in the URL, but I do get the following error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/prpost5/public_html/E3P7QZ4NZjP/wp-content/plugins/eStore-receipt-creator/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 19992

The URL in the browser is now:

[http://p-rposters.com/?issued_receipt_display=5&email=motivationposters%40gmail.com]

Hi,

This means that your server is running out of memory.

Please talk to your host provider and ask them to increase the “memory_limit” value on your server.
