Autoplay Popup Video Over WordPress Homepage

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me to find a way to have a youtube video automatically pop up over our wordpress homepage that is set to a blog. I have been able to make it work on regular posts and pages… but I’d really like it to work when people first come to our site.
