    Hi guys

Our site got hacked, and many of the WP Lightbox Ultimate plugin files were infected, so rather than clean them all one by one I reinstalled the plugin by replacing the files with the latest version of the plugin.

I now get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_lightbox_enqueue_mp4_scripts() in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-ultimate/wp_lightbox1.php on line 1169

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this?

    • Perhaps more than just the plugin files were infected?
    • What was the extent of the attack?

Hi wzp, thank you for your response :)

Yes certainly more than the plugin files were infected, but the other files have been cleaned and now all that remains is this error, which appears to be related only to WP Lightbox Ultimate – when I turn off the plugin, the site works fine

    Thanks

    Tim

The function that is being declared as “undefined” should be in the wp_lightbox_misc_functions.php file.

Now, either it really isn’t there, or something else is preventing WordPress from finding it.

Hmm interesting. It’s in there, so do you know what might be preventing WordPress from finding it?

Perhaps some paths in your .htaccess or php.ini files have been modified…

@timlovesdrums2, I think it’s better to install a fresh copy of Lightbox Ultimate plugin:
