I just had a look. The first video on that page is working fine. But in the second one you are using the wrong format of URL – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTzMqm2TwgE.
You need to specify the “iframe src” of that video (e.g. – http://www.youtube.com/embed/JTzMqm2TwgE) in the link attribute of the shortcode(like you did with the first one).

But For Colorbox shortcode you need to use the “iframe src” value of that video(as explained in the shortcode reference guide). For example –
Can you please do another test purchase with debug turned on and share the content of the “ipn_handle_debug.log” and “subscription_handle_debug.log” files?
The following post will help you with the debugging:

If you are using firebug and hover your mouse over the fancy 3 thumbnail it will tell you that the the image is under the div class “eStore-fancy3-thumb”. You have modified the wrong css file. You need to actually modify the “eStore-fancy3-thumb” class (In the “/*=== Fancy 3 css ===*/” section of “eStore_extra_shortcode_css.css” file).
Please go to
WP eStore->Settings->Addon Settings->WP Affiliate Platform Specific Settingssection and check theOne Time Commission for Subscription Paymentoption.Do you have the “eStore extra shortcode” plugin installed on your site? It is a separate plugin that you have to install on your site. You can find the plugin here:

Can you please post a link to the page where you have the shortcode?
Can you please do a test purchase with the debug enabled and share the content of the “ipn_handle_debug.log” and “subscription_handle_debug.log” files?
Did you integrate the product with eMember by specifying your Basic membership level ID in the “Reference Text” field (WP eStore->Add/Edit Products->Additional Product Details Section)?
When you embed more than one video of the same type on a page/post the navigator automatically shows up.
“Also, I bought this thinking I could put any html or code in the window” – Do you mean you want to pop up normal HTML,code or text once someone clicks on an anchor text or image?
You have a slight mistake in the video URL for this shortcode. Use the following:
[wp_lightbox_fancybox_youtube_video link=”http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mjab_aZsdxw” title=”How Gzip Works” source=”http://www.freeseoinformationblog.com/images/seo/gzip/Google-Website-Compression-Video.png”%5D
Simply use XXXX in place of the affiliate ID and the plugin will dynamically insert the affiliate ID there.
What URL are you using in the “Registration Page” field of the “page/form settings”?
What URL the registration link takes you to?
