Also, I bought this thinking I could put any html or code in the window. Is this tool just limited to video and images. No text or other code allowed? Cheers

When you embed more than one video of the same type on a page/post the navigator automatically shows up.

“Also, I bought this thinking I could put any html or code in the window” – Do you mean you want to pop up normal HTML,code or text once someone clicks on an anchor text or image?

    Hi,

Could you please give me an example of how to add multiple images or videos inside the same post and have that navigator activated (an URL would be very helpful as well).

    Thank you.

We are currently working on a gallery display(using multiple images/video). We will have something ready in a few days.

Hi I just bought this plugin and need to have the gallery function. Is this something that works now?

Yes, You can display multiple images/videos as a gallery with prettyPhoto. Please have a look at the “Display Image/Video Gallery with prettyPhoto” section (under

PrettyPhoto) of the shortcode reference guide for more details –

Hi there … so, having looked at that “Display Image/Video Gallery with prettyPhoto” section in the above-linked document, I see that the link example both use YouTube and Vimeo videos as the defaults … which I can’t figure out why they aren’t providing preview images on their own.

The catch is that I am self-hosting the videos and preview images on my own server (not on WP).

What I’d really like is a gallery of images in lists with a text link/description *next to* the image.

*OR* not being able to do that …

A gallery of preview images in a grid with a Hover Description.

Can you help me with figuring out how to do this?

Also: The page I’m trying to make, with examples of the code I’ve tried:

When hosting videos on YouTube and Vimeo, the (YouTube and Vimeo) platforms provide their own players. The video URL don’t directly point to the video files; which is why you are providing the thumbnail images.

You’d want to use the Flowplayer from embedded image shortcode; because you need to provide the video player (Flowplayer).

Right. Which is why I said I can’t figure out why the code on the page I mentioned isn’t showing those pregenerated previews.

Could you be more specific about how this works?

I am not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do. Can you please tell me which feature documentation (from the following documentation page) you are following so I can take a look and try to understand what is going on (and if our plugin offers that option or not):
