E-mail notification after purhase and when memberhip expires does not work

The email notification that will must sent to the buyer after purchase does not coming.

WP-eStore works with WP-eMember, so only the members can purchase. But members doesn’t receive any notifications after purhase and when their memberhip expires.

Besides in Notification of product sale for admin I see only eMember id and product id

Can you please do another test purchase with debug turned on and share the content of the “ipn_handle_debug.log” and “subscription_handle_debug.log” files?

The payment parameters do not look right. Have you modified the eStore plugin yourself? Please post a link to the page where you have the payment button.

The payment gateway that you tried to add is not posting and payment notification data back to the plugin. It is beyond our support capability to troubleshoot someone else’s coding mistakes. Please contact the person who did this modification for you.
