Trouble with extra shortcodes for wp- estore

Hi guys, I have just installed the newest version of wp-e-store. “Thanks Ivy! ” any I am getting the products selector in my kitchen sink now but the extra short codes still do not work. I have tried all of the extra SC tags but none of them will display anything other than the short code itself. I know that it is not my server or my theme as I am a web designer and the theme I am using is the same one I use for a lot of sites I build and I also have 2 other people hosted on my server that are using the same plugins with great success and with the themes I made for them, lol. I have looked thru my htaccess file and my php.ini files and everything is right in there. Is there something I may be missing? Thanks.

P.s. this is specifically the short code that I want to use that is giving the problems [wp_eStore_category_fancy5 id=1]

Do you have the “eStore extra shortcode” plugin installed on your site? It is a separate plugin that you have to install on your site. You can find the plugin here:
