ModeratorTo use prettyPhoto shortcode you don’t need them to be enabled. But it might have something to do with the jquery library that WordPress is including. For the time being just keep one of the checkboxes (either flowplayer, HTML5 or HTML) checked. I will do some investigations and get back to you.

ModeratorI tried your shortcode on my site where I have WordPress 3.2. The overlay is working fine. Have you installed any new theme or plugin recently?
The easiest way to find the issue will be to do the following test –
let me know how it goes.

ModeratorYour page might be cached. Try refreshing it couple of times. Autoplay is working fine for me.

ModeratorIt should automatically play the video on initial start up. We have already tested it. Can you please post a link to the page so I can check it out?
The HTML5 shortcode was made so the video can be played on HTML5 supported browser. We didn’t focus completely on non-HTML5 supported browser. However, we have a flash fallback so you can still play the video on different browser.
Probably the problem is with the flash player. We still couldn’t find the source of the issue.

ModeratorHi, The above css code is actually coming from the Lightbox Ultitmate plugin (not Twenty-ten theme). I’ll jump on your site to do more investigation. Can you please create a fresh new page and insert the shortcode in it? That will help me troubleshoot the issue.
I’ve sent you a site access request via email. Let me know if you don’t get it.

ModeratorWe have fixed the autoplay functionality in Firefox. Please get a recent build of the plugin from here –
The flash fallback function is not robust so we still couldn’t fix the sound problem. Hope once FireFox starts supporting HTML5 there won’t be any sound issue.

ModeratorYour theme is including the following jquery.js file which has been already included in that page using the proper WordPress enqueue function –
http://www.angelfeliciano.com/nicola/wp-content/themes/overall/js/jquery-1.4.2.min.js
If you include the same javascript file multiple times there will be always a conflict. You need to fix your theme or use a properly coded theme and it will work properly.
The following post will explain more –

ModeratorHi, Can you please post the exact shortcode you are using?
Looks like it’s conflicting with another plugin (could be media-element-html5-video-and-audio-player)
Please do the following test which will help you identify the issue –
Let me know how it goes.

ModeratorYou will have to tweak the code to do that.
For Fancy1 and Fancy2 Display
Open the “eStore_button_display_helper.php” file and look for the following line:
$output .= '<a href="'.$ret_product->thumbnail_url.'" rel="lightbox" title="'.$ret_product->name.'"><img class="thumb-image" src="'.$thumb_img.'" alt="'.$ret_product->name.'" /></a>';Just take the link out so it is just a plain image. Basically make the above line look like the following:
$output .= '<img class="thumb-image" src="'.$thumb_img.'" alt="'.$ret_product->name.'" />';For Rest of the Fancy Displays
The rest of the fancy displays come from the extra shortcodes plugin so you need to modify that plugin. Open the “eStore_extra_product_display_helper.php” file from the eStore extra shortcodes plugin and search for the following line of code:
$output .= '<div id="lightbox"><a href="'.$ret_product->thumbnail_url.'" rel="lightbox" title="'.$ret_product->name.'"><img src="'.$thumb_img.'" alt="'.$ret_product->name.'" /></a></div>';Once you find it change it to the following:
$output .= '<img src="'.$thumb_img.'" alt="'.$ret_product->name.'" />';wpCommerce
ModeratorWe are currently working on a gallery display(using multiple images/video). We will have something ready in a few days.

ModeratorWe have added this feature. Please get a recent build of the plugin from here –
Once you update the plugin please go to
WP Lightbox->Library Settings->HTML5 Settingssection and check the “Autoplay” option to automatically play the video.If you want to use poster for a video you need to use the following shortcodes –
Overlay from anchor text:
[wp_lightbox_anchor_text_html5_video link="http://www.example.com/video1.mp4" poster="http://www.example.com/video-poster1.png" width="640" height="480" text="Click here to open the video with HTML5"]Overlay from anchor image:
[wp_lightbox_html5_video link="http://www.example.com/video2.mp4" poster="http://www.example.com/video-poster2.png" width="640" height="480" source="http://www.example.com/anchor-image.png"]wpCommerce

ModeratorIf you look at the “page source” you will see that your theme is including the following jquery library –
<script type="text/javascript" src="/wp-content/themes/GXS/javascript/jquery.js"></script>The jquery library has already been included on your site using the standard WordPress recommended enqueue function of WordPress. (so it’s been included twice in that page)
Every theme and plugin should always enqueue the jquery library so that it loads on a page only once. Otherwise there will be a javascript conflict.
This post will explain this in details:
