Anyway, let’s troubleshoot the issue from another point of view. Please create a new post/page, go to the “html view” and embed your mp4 video using the HTML5 video tag-

</video>Does the video play on IE9? If the video plays then it will also play in the overlay window(lightbox). If it doesn’t play then probably IE9 can’t play the video and the plugin has nothing to do with it.

It’s still the same. The page URL is getting inserted into the
<a href>tag. I just tried the exact shortcode on my test server. It’s working fine.Can you please switch to the default WordPress theme (it is properly coded) to see if that makes any difference? I need to know if the theme or any plugin is causing this isssue.

There are some issues on this page.

2) Multiple jquery files have been included.

For now won’t bother about the jquery files as the video pops up fine.
3. Somehow your page URL got inserted into all the
<a href>tag of the shortcodes. (this is not supposed to happen)To troubleshoot the problem please do the following steps for me –
1. Create a fresh new test page and insert a single shortcode.
2. After you have published the page switch from “Visual editor” to “HTML Editor”, copy the exact shortcode and paste it here so I can have a look. Also share the link to the new page you just created.

Hi, I tested it by myself before giving you the instruction. I didn’t write it from memory.
Suppose, The URL of the Youtube video you want to display is – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66TuSJo4dZM
If you go to that page you will see some buttons right underneath the player. For example-
“Like”, “Add to”, “Share”. Click the “Share” button (please see the screenshot)-

Once you click the “Share” button the “embed” button will show up. Click “embed” (please see the screenshot) –

Now you will be able to see the embed code (between <iframe>….</iframe> tags) with additional checkboxes (please see the screenshot) –

By default “Show suggested videos when the video finishes” option is checked. If you uncheck it you will get a URL with rel=0. Now you can use this URL with the colorbox shortcode I mentioned before.
Your shortcode is working fine on my test site. So I think the shortcode is correct.

Colorbox uses the embed code to display video in overlay. If you go to a video page in youtube and click the share->embed option you will see some additional checkboxes related to the embed code. One of them is “Show suggested videos when the video finishes”. By default it is checked. If the embed link is “http://www.youtube.com/embed/66TuSJo4dZM”, once you uncheck the option it will be changed to “http://www.youtube.com/embed/66TuSJo4dZM?rel=0”. Just copy and paste the embed link in the colorbox shortcode for Youtube video display. Now after the video is finished it shouldn’t show any suggested video. For example:

There is a field in the Ultimate lightbox settings “AWS S3 Video URL Expiry Time After Page Load”. You will be able to specify a value here (e.g 300 means 5 minutes). So After the page containing the S3 protected video loads the generated link will be valid for 5 minutes.
1. User has no way of accessing the actual URL of the video hosted in S3. The plugin requests for a video to S3 using your S3 account details. S3 generates an encrypted link (which will be valid for the duration you have specified in the settings) and send it back to the plugin. Now the plugin also adds another level of security by encoding the encrypted video link which the player can only decode. So even if anyone copy the encoded link by clicking “view source” and paste in the browser the video won’t be downloadable.
2. There is no limit on the dimension.
3. Does that quiz work when you simply embed the SWF file on a page (without using lightbox)? If it does then it should also work on the overlay window (with lightbox).
“the center rotating photo” – do you mean the feature content gallery? It’s hard to find the issue when the plugin is deactivated. Please activate the Lightbox Ultimate plugin and I will have a look.
So you have a page with a mp4 video embedded in it and you want to display the page in overlay? If you do then you can use the shortcode above. Don’t worry about internal/external page. The above shortcode can display any page in overlay. For more information please refer to the “HTML Page Content Display in overlay” section of the shortcode reference guide –
Somehow my language got switched to en-UK. I changed it back to en-US. It’s all good now.
I think I found the source of the issue. If you go to “view source” of this page you will see that your theme is including multiple version of jQuery JavaScript Library –

Besides they are hardcoded which is really bad.
There has to be only one jquery javascript library in a single page (for everything to function properly) which lightbox ultimate plugin is including using the Proper WordPress API function –
