WP Lightbox Special does not overlay

Hi,

I red some topics that seems similar to my problem, but I did not find the answer, yet.

The plugin work not correctly with the original WP-Theme and I also haven´t installed plugins that are “bad”.

I installed the Theme “Infinity Remix 2.0 by Ruhul Amin” and installed the Plugins eMember and WP Lightbox ultimate correctly. When I test your demosite (that you build up for the WP Lightbox Ultimate) the overlay works perfect in all of my browsers.

If I tried this at my page in my secure eMember area with the WP Lightbox special the mp3 file starts to play, but the whole display turns black. It doesn´t smoothly overlay like it does on your demopage.

How can I fix the problem that the plugin works like it does on your demopage?

What shortcode are you using?

Can you please post a link to the page where you are using that shortcode? (Please create a test membership account and share the login details if it is a member’s only page)
