Wht else do I need for Lightbox?

Do I need to also install flowplayer? I have files up on S3. I understand that I need to check the box for flowplayer in the settings, but I have no idea what I have to do (if anything) with flowplayer.

You don’t need to install flowplayer. Please have a look at the S3 documentation here –
