March 29, 2013 at 12:46 am in reply to: How to give recurring commission with estore, emember, and affiliate plugin? #36749
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, if you are using eStore with affiliate you don’t need to worry about anything (both one-time and recurring commission will be awarded appropriately).
However, if you are integrating affiliate with Plain PayPal button you need to use option 2 (IPN).

ModeratorHi, there are a few reasons as to why we don’t send a sign up notification when an affiliate is added via the Dashboard.
If you want this to work like the “sign up page” then you can create the affiliate account from the signup page (rather than the dashboard). That way the plugin will do all the tasks that it would do if an affiliate went to that page and signed up.

ModeratorHi, can you please share the login details (create a temporary test member account) so we can take a look?
Are you using any caching plugin?

ModeratorHi, thanks for the workaround. Yes, that’s what we have been trying to figure out. For some reason your server was blocking the .swf flowplayer from executing, which is why when the lightbox popup is open all we see is a black window.
We are aware of the upgraded flowplayer version but we need to make sure that it is compatible with all of our shortcodes. Only then we can officially update the files in the plugin.

ModeratorHi, just to be clear, when the clients subscribe for course#3 they are not exactly new members right (they are upgrading from course#1 to course#3)?

ModeratorHi, “Auto Upgrade” always doesn’t have to be for higher membership level. It could be upgrade/downgrade as well. It basically allows you to change the membership level of a user from one level to another in an automated fashion.
Suppose, you have two membership levels
Test1andTest2and you set it so members of Test1 will automatically be upgraded toTest2after 14 days. Now the plugin doesn’t really care ifTest2is a higher/lower membership level (where you are offering more/less content). All it needs to know is that the members ofTest1will be automatically migrated toTest2after 14 days.wpCommerce
ModeratorIn that case you will need to purchase a separate Gateway bundle license for this new WordPress install.

March 24, 2013 at 11:07 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – html hide page header in lightbox #54629wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, unfortunately that’s not possible. The “External Page Display” shortcode allows you to fetch the whole webpage in the lightbox window but you can’t customize it. Our feature states that it can show any external web page (not part of a webpage).
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, we already replied back via email advising you to use the HTML5 shortcode.
