I have a strange and intermittent fault. The site is [http://coachingkids4selfbelief.com/services-packages/child-centred-coaching-course/]

When people purchase the course a member should be created and the relevant emails sent out. Most of the time this works fine but increasingly I am getting complaints that people are not getting notification and when I look no member has been created.

I am using all of the current plugins and the latest version of wordpress.

As I say this is strange because I cannot replicate the error myself with testing but nevertheless it is happening.

Hi, enabling debug will help you get more information on this:

Sorry should also have said I’ve enabled debug and all the successful purchases are logged but none of the unsuccessful. They just don’t show at all.

If a purchase is done correctly via the buttons that you created using our documentation then there is no reason for this to happen. Lets try to find one instance of this and then try to find out exactly what the user did for that transaction. It could be that you have some other buttons lying around somewhere on your site (that you forgot about) and the user is clicking on those buttons. Are you directly integrating with a PayPal button or using eStore?

When you get a complaint from one of your users ask him/her the following questions:

Which URL did you go to and make the payment? Did you pay using credit card or your PayPal account? Did they get a payment receipt from PayPal for the transaction?
