Just installed the plugin and everything looks correct, I did a few iframe popups that worked great, however my public S3 videos don’t play, image or link show and the window pops just fine but no player, no Flowplayer logo just a black box.
I am on the latest WP MU and I don’t have any other video plugins installed. Here is a link to a test page:

Many thanks for any help.

March 20, 2013 at 11:25 pm #54566wpCommerceModeratorHi, we will need to take a closer look at your site to see what’s happening. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
March 24, 2013 at 2:11 am #54567TylerJMemberAnyone else have this issue, I don’t get any errors or issues but when the window pops no flowplayer, just won’t play, black box with no Flowplayer logo. I have disabled all my plugins and tried that so I don’t think its a conflict.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

March 24, 2013 at 10:55 pm #54568wpCommerceModeratorHi, we already replied back via email advising you to use the HTML5 shortcode.
March 25, 2013 at 12:14 am #54569TylerJMemberYes thanks, however HTML5 is not what I would like to use for two reasons.
1. will not auto-play videos
2. dose now work on IE (still the majority % of visitors on our sites)
Thanks but I would like this to work properly.

March 26, 2013 at 2:28 pm #54571TylerJMemberThanks, I don’t mind paying for any extra support, I like the plugin and really want it to work on the site.

March 27, 2013 at 1:53 pm #54572TylerJMemberOk so here is what I did, I uploaded Flowplayer 3.2.16 and files into the /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-ultimate/lib/js then made a copy of my WP page and replaced the lines …3.2.12 with …3.12.16, uploaded the page and it works! Switch back to 3.2.12 and nothing.
So for whatever reason 3.2.12 will not execute from my plugins folder, if you go directly to the file:
Nothing, but go to:
And the it works. I deleted the files and loaded them again to make sure I did not have some FTP problem with no luck. The part that kills me is I went as far and making another addon domain on the same server installed the plugin and it worked fine, so its not the server.
Would it be possible to use 3.2.16? if so where do I define that and in what file?
Thanks for any advice.
March 27, 2013 at 2:07 pm #54573TylerJMemberUpdate: So I’m sure something on my server will blow up but I renamed flowplayer-3.2.12.swf to old_flowplayer-3.2.12.swf and name flowplayer-3.2.16.swf to flowplayer-3.2.12.swf. And now my S3 videos are playing. I am sure this is not proper but it works.
March 27, 2013 at 11:33 pm #54574wpCommerceModeratorHi, thanks for the workaround. Yes, that’s what we have been trying to figure out. For some reason your server was blocking the .swf flowplayer from executing, which is why when the lightbox popup is open all we see is a black window.
We are aware of the upgraded flowplayer version but we need to make sure that it is compatible with all of our shortcodes. Only then we can officially update the files in the plugin.
March 28, 2013 at 12:31 am #54575TylerJMemberThanks, however just to clarify, it is not the server, I ran the plugin on a fresh install in the same root at the current install and it worked with no problem, it was not a multisite install but other than that the same, so strange but not a server problem.
