I need to hide the header from targeted page in Lightbox

Please advise

is there a way to specify a part of a page (anchor?)

Hi, unfortunately that’s not possible. The “External Page Display” shortcode allows you to fetch the whole webpage in the lightbox window but you can’t customize it. Our feature states that it can show any external web page (not part of a webpage).
