James, The plugin is just below the list of shortcodes on the above page. Please make sure to ask for an update as you will need to have a current version of the plugin to use the new shortcodes plugin. Hi, There was a bug from a new feature in eStore that was causing this. I sent out emails to everyone that had purchase or upgraded the plugin during this time. I will send you a new version as it should fix this problem.

Hi. The feature to limit downloads by number of downloads has already been added to the eStore. As for limiting the link expiration to 1/2 hour (.5)using a decimal this will not work. You need to use whole hour values (e.g. 1 hour, 2 hours and so on).
