I dont understand..How do I set it up

Ok, so I’ve got the cart on the page. Now what? How do I tell it to send the person the ebook file after they pay?

I’m sure I have to enter its url somewhere… where does that go?

Sorry if this is a really dumb question, I know absolutely zero about coding or web – and I’ve been stuck on this for days.

Sorry, I guess I should’ve clarified a little further. I have everything set up properly, but it’s not exactly doing what I’d like it to.

When someone clicks to purchase the ebook, it takes them to paypal, they login, they submit payment, then it asks if they want confirmation number or return to merchant. At that point if they select return to merchant, it takes them to the ebook.

Isn’t there a way I can make this a little more user-friendly? Perhaps set it up to automatically send the person the ebook file after they submit a payment successfully?

I’ve seen that done on many websites, just not sure how to set that up.

After every purchase your customer will receive an email containing the encrypted download link of your ebook if the “Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” options under “email settings” of the wp eStore plugin is checked.(It should be checked by default already)

You can also show the encrypted download link to your customer on a “Thank You” page or any page you want them to redirect to after a successful payment. All you need to do is just check the “Enable Transaction Result Display” options under “general settings” of the WP eStore plugin and specify the URL of “Thank You” page in the “Return URL” field.
