MemberWhen I try to add a new member and click the “Save Member Info” button, it returns to the same page. When I click Manage Members, it will say that the new member is added, but the new member does not show up in the list. If I go back to “Add/Edit Member” it will allow me to enter the same user name again, suggesting that the new members are not being created.
I had made cosmetic modifications to the “emember_style.css” file and to the “emember_misc_functions” files, but I restored them and it still does not work.
Any suggestions? I need to turn this site over to a client very soon.

MemberDid you deactivate and reactivate the plugin after installation or upgrading? If not please do this and it should fix the issue. If not please let me know.
Cheers,
Ivy

MemberJust tried that. Deactivated both plugins, logged out, logged back in and reactivated.
Still does not work. Have not upgraded to WP 2.9.2 yet. Do you think that would help?

MemberHi, We will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I have sent you an email requesting site access. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.

MemberI tried registering as a new member, with a fresh email address not in the customer or member database. The payment went through and (after deactivating and reactivating the plug-in), I got the “complete your registration” email, but the URL it directed me to did not have the Pre-filled join now table. The page just said “Register.” Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Many thanks for your assistance.

MemberI figured it out. After upgrading wordpress, I had to deactivate and reactivate BOTH eMember and eStore. It works now. Thanks for a great plugin.

Keymaster@Cal, your issue maybe related to WordPress 3.5 upgrade. Please check this sticky post:
