Corrupt mp3 files

Hi,

I’ve just sent up a music download shop and some of my customers can’t play the mp3s one they have downloaded them. Would anyone know why that maybe?

I’ve tried it on another computer and the files will not play.

I’ve zipped them and they will not open.

I think it’s something to do with the way the files are encrypted

The plugin do not encrypt the file. It only encrypt the URL and provide a means to download the product without revealing the true URL.

If the files are getting corrupt after the download then something weird is happening but we should be able to take a look on your site and figure out what is going on.

I have a free download on the site and it’s also having the same problem.

I’ve tested on 3 computers so far and I’ve only been able to replicate the bug on 1 computer which was a Windows xp pro with service pack 3. The other computer was also a xp pro with SP3 and the 3rd comp was a vista PC.

Actually downloading is fine on vista I just can’t open the file.

If I uncheck downloadables the files are fine.
