Note: The most common mistake with the currency code is people using the Canadian dollar use CAN instead of CAD. CAD is the proper PayPal currency code for Canada.
IvyMemberJust to add to Peters response. Most the time this happens when PayPal does not get the correct response from your server when it is sending the IPN, so it sends multiple IPNs until it times out (PayPal is thinking the IPN is failing and not reaching your server). You can read more about this and why the eStore processed each IPN that is sent here:
Note One: This should not be happening if you are using the latest version of the plugin as there are checks to prevent this.
What version of the plugin are you using?
Note Two: That GoDaddy hosting delays their emails and this is very common when using their hosting as it does not send the notification that the IPN was received to PayPal for up to 30 minutes.

IvyMemberThe link you sent works fine I checked this using Google Chrome. I believe what is happening is there is a bug in PayPal that causes this issue to occur sometimes, they have not been able to fix to date. To fix this issue what you need the customer to do is clear their browser cache and try the purchase again or use a different browser. This should fix the issue they are having.
IvyMemberYou can use negative numbers such as -20px this will subtract 20px from 0 closing the gap even more if you need to.

IvyMemberThe customer input is appended to the product name so you just need to use the email tag for product information.
IvyMemberThis means the download link is expiring. What do you have specified in the “Duration of Download Link” in the eStore settings?

Note: I checked the download links for the products you ordered and all links generate correctly. The plugin can not send the wrong links. If you forward us the PayPal receipt you got, it will have the Product IDs that you ordered and we will be able to verify it.

Also just to verify you have the following shortcode on the “Thank you Page” where the customer is being redirected to?
[wp_eStore_transaction_result:end]
