    Not sure how it should function exactly all I know is unless I click on return manually it never forwards back to my site automatically. I have went through set up videos several times now. I just don’t know what the problem is. When I manually click to return from Paypal the encrypted links are not showing either. I may have two issues going.

    Hi,

    Have you enabled PDT in your PayPal profile and correctly configured the PDT token in your eStore configuration?

    Yes I did configure PDT and the token. I reconfigured and now the redirect is working correctly as far as the customer being redirected back to my thank you page automatically. My problemm now is the encrypted download link is not showing up for instant download. The link is showing up on the thank you email though. I have retraced set up over and over and do not know what to do next. Given the encrypted link is being emailed can I elliminate I did deactivate wp super cache earlier. Not sure that would effect anything though. Any thoughts on a direction?

    Can you make sure in the eStore settings (under Post Payment Processing Settings) you have the following checkbox checked “Enable Transaction Result Display”.

    Also just to verify you have the following shortcode on the “Thank you Page” where the customer is being redirected to?

    [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end]

    What version of the plugin are you using?

    If the above are correct please do the following.

    Run a test transaction with the debug turned on (make sure to reset the debug files first). For more information see this post:

    Post payment process is checked. Yes code is on thank you page. Plugin Version v6.2.4. I have looked at Debug files and do not know what they mean.

    Something is failing on the “Thank You” page verification. Most likely the PDT token is incorrect (sometimes people make typo when entering the token. I have sent you an email to get site access so I can look in the debug and check it out.
