It will use the email address only because email addresses are unique and can be used to uniquely identify a user/customer.
I have added a separate option so the admins can choose if they want to add those values in the notification email or not. Get a new build of the plugin from here:

Append Buyer Email and Payment Parameters to Admin EmailYou can get a similar effect by using a “Show random products from a the same category as the product in question” shortcode. The extra eStore shortcodes plugin has a shortcode that will let you show 2 or 3 random products from a particular category you specify.
The calendar doesn’t go beyond 2006 (we didn’t think anyone would need that) but when you import the details into the member’s database you should be able to specify any date value you want. It just has to be in the yyyy-mm-dd format.
Can you please delete all the data and then do another import using the methods explained in this video tutorial and let me know how that goes?

On your join us page you don’t have to place purchase buttons if you don’t want to. This basically the place where your visitors interested in joining the site will land. So use this page to explain what options you have for them. For example, you can tell them that they should first signup for a free membership (place a link to the registration page) and then they can head to the store/products page to make purchase. Whenever a visitor is purchasing a product that is attached to a membership level (see the video tutorial to understand how it works) his member account will get upgrade automatically so that person can access the content he purchased.
If you are using eStore’s squeeze form then you can use the following option to track how many form submissions are coming from which affiliate:
WP eStore Settings -> AddOn Settings -> Capture Lead on Squeeze Form Submission
There is no option to remove that. We add those info in the admin’s notification email because if something ever goes wrong with a payment you can send us those details and it will help us troubleshoot.
We made some under the hood performance enhancements and some changes to cope with bizarre Godaddy server configuration when you install WP on a sub-domain. Two questions for you:
1) Are you using a Godaddy hosting?
2) Did you also update eStore when upgrading the PDF stamper?
The above IPN was from the sandbox tool. So basically for your live transaction there is no debug that got added to this file. This means PayPal is not sending the IPN to this plugin for live transactions.
Step 5 would be the reason for this from the checklist I sent you earlier and for some reason you didn’t follow that check list?

Use the button in the following section of the plugin to delete all cache files in one go:

It actually doesn’t provide the performance boost that we originally thought. If you get another build of the plugin from here you won’t see anymore cache files being generated:
