Several Issues with PDF Stamper Version 4.0.0

Installed Version 4.0.0 yesterday, several issues:

1. When manual stamping with encryption turned on, screen does not refresh to display link to stamped file. This happens in both IE 9 and Firefox.

2. With encryption turned on, manually stamped files are sometimes corrupted and cannot be open.

3. When manually stamping files with encryption turn on, two new files are produced. The first with file name, the second with filename_e.

4. Customer bought book today and could not open file with his email address

We made some under the hood performance enhancements and some changes to cope with bizarre Godaddy server configuration when you install WP on a sub-domain. Two questions for you:

1) Are you using a Godaddy hosting?

2) Did you also update eStore when upgrading the PDF stamper?
