Hello,
I’m having no trouble getting the PDFs stamped. However, I recently discovered 1000s of files in the directory wp-pdf-stamper/lib/cache/. It appears that each time a PDF is stamped, a directory is created in that cache directory, and each of those contains a number of small files named something like .ht1-0-1, .ht2-0-1, etc.
Is there any way to automate deletion of these files? They don’t seem to go away unless I delete them manually.
I should mention that as a part of my store, I move the stamped PDF file to a new location for delivery to the customer. I have a script that deletes the PDFs automatically after a set amount of time.
Thanks in advance.
Jim
Use the button in the following section of the plugin to delete all cache files in one go:
WP PDF Stamper -> Manage Stamped Files -> Delete Cache Files
We have actually turned of caching in our latest build of the plugin. It actually doesn’t provide the performance boost that we originally thought. If you get another build of the plugin from here you won’t see anymore cache files being generated:
Wonderful! I’ve installed the new version, and all looks good. Thanks!

I’m having this problem with eStore. I have an accumulation of txt files in /wp-cart-for-digital-products/lib/cache … Can these be deleted? If so, what is the best way to do this so that I don’t cause problems with the cart? I have version 6.2.2 installed currently.
Thank you,
HafnerDesigns
Yes, you can delete the cache files (they are not that big actually). You can log into your site via FTP using a FTP software (for example: FileZilla). Then browse to the folder and delete it.
