Using SMTP will definitely help your email delivery issue of this domain.
To see it in the settings, we will need to modify the code. I have sent you an email so you can reply to it and attach the translation file. I will then add it to the plugin and give you an updated copy.
If you just want to apply 30% discount to everything for everyone then you can simply make your prices 30% cheaper.
What happens if you do the following:
#) Create a normal coupon for 30% discount
#) Use the “Apply Coupon Automatically for Quantity Over” option and set it to 0. Then specify the coupon you created in the previous step. I think that should apply the coupon for everything.
Just a side note: Maybe the facebook’s JS library has some code that the new version of Chrome prevents from executing. Chrome is known to block execution of JS files if they consider it to be a security risk.

I just need a little more clarity from you in terms of what your actual question is about. Is your question about the ConverKit integration addon (ConvertKit is an autoresponder solution). Then do a test transaction with the debug logging option enabled. Can you see in the log file if the plugin is receiving the payment notification from PayPal?
Once you open a webpage in your browser, it doesn’t change automatically unless you reload the page. The checks are done when the browser loads the page. That’s how the browser works.

Are you importing users without a value in the usernames column? That is not supported. Importing must be done exactly as it is explained in the above documentation.
The standard button’s appearance is controlled by your theme’s CSS.
The following page explains how you can customize the button using an image so it looks how you want it to look like (regardless of your theme’s CSS):
