I am having an issue when importing members, one member is unable to complete registartion as is receiving error:
Error! The unique registration code you used in the URL has already been used or it is invalid!
I have tried to generate the link again but am getting the same error when I try.

March 14, 2019 at 9:45 pm #79328loobarooMemberIt’s quite a few users after checking some random ones. I would like to get to the bottom of it as have a large number of other members to import and would like it to work, thanks
March 15, 2019 at 5:40 am #79329adminKeymasterokay so let me look at your importing process. The following page explains the importing process supported by our plugin:

Are you importing users without a value in the usernames column? That is not supported. Importing must be done exactly as it is explained in the above documentation.
May 10, 2020 at 5:10 pm #79330RALabITSpectatorHi there,
We have just moved to the eStore+eMember platform after ditching OptimizePress, so things are very new to us on our new website.
Our import of 11K legacy users went well, but I am actually having trouble with sending out the registration link to a few new customers.
Somehow, a couple of customers’ purchases were not recorded in the eStore – they are just missing completely, while their PayPal payments have gone through with no problems.
I manually add their purchases in the eStore, then sent them the Complete the Registration links via Admin Functions in the Members, so they can create their accounts themselves. I used their Customer ID to send those links from their eStore purchases, which I manually created – I was not asked for this value, so they were assigned automatically. For example, this is one of them:
ID 248 (This value is for internal use and cannot be changed)
What am I doing wrong? Why both customers I added manually receive this error?
May 12, 2020 at 3:53 am #79331adminKeymasterThe ID with the number is supposed to be assigned automatically. That’s not an issue. Is the user clicking on the unique link sent to them and then completing the registration?
Alternatively, you can just create the member’s account manually from the admin interface (the members menu of the emember plugin).
