    Hello,

I am having an issue with the Customer Input add-on. The addon is displaying the questions correctly on the checkout page; however it is not adding those to the email, only the tag used to request them {custom_fields}.

    Please advise.

I’m having the same issue as repixelated. No matter what I type for the custom fields, I always get “None” in the email notification.

    Custom field settings: imgur.com/a/U29W6RK

    Email notification settings: imgur.com/a/adCtoRA

    Email issue: imgur.com/a/adCtoRA

    Thanks.

Aha! I see why it didn’t work. I changed the HTMl from an input to a textarea and then didn’t update the selectors in the jQuery to point to the textarea instead of the inputs… Silly.

    Thanks!
