KeymasterPlease read the following post:

There are a number of details we request the users to provide so we can inspect the URLs and check everything. Please reply with some of your site specific details (according to the above post) then I should be able to help.

KeymasterI will need to see screenshots from your Convertkit account so it will be best if I sent you an email for it.

KeymasterYour setup from the outside looks fine. The main issue I see is that your test product is using a value of $0.01. That amount is the same as $0. So you can’t really generate a commission on that amount (for example: what is 30% of 1 cent?). If you want to see a commission being generated, then make sure to use a valid amount for the product (something like $1 maybe).

KeymasterGetting a domain name from Godaddy is fine. However, their hosting service tends to be a little problematic.

KeymasterThis will require some changes in the database table column. I have made that change and introduced this for the admin interface. If the admin interface one works fine, then later I can introduce this one to the “affiliate portal” area also. I have sent you an email with a copy of the plugin to try.

KeymasterYou are saying that for that exact same list and the same product, it works sometimes? That would be a little bit strange. If it fails, it is supposed to just fail for that same configuration.
Is there any pattern you can see when it fails?

KeymasterGlad to hear that you got it sorted out.
June 18, 2019 at 5:08 am in reply to: eStore Debug feature is disabled log files do not reset. #79621admin
KeymasterSeems like it could be a caching issue. Those log files are likely being cached by your server so it is always showing you the cached version. Please contact your hosting provider and tell them to reset caching.
Also, make sure you have the IPN feature enabled in your PayPal account so our plugin is receiving the IPN notification (otherwise there is nothing to write to the log file). The following checklist will be helpful:

KeymasterI am not sure what you mean. You want to show the tier affiliates that an affiliate has referred (in his affiliate portal)?
Under the “referrals” menu, there is a sub-menu called “Tier Affiliates”. It will show the tier affiliates that an affiliate has signed up under him.
June 18, 2019 at 4:20 am in reply to: eMemmber: login page appears (sometimes) for unprotected pages #79613admin
KeymasterOur plugin never automatically redirects like the way you explained. This is coming from another plugin or addon you have on this site. Or an option/feature you enabled on this site.
First do the following test to see if it coming from an option of eMember plugin or another plugin. Only keep emember active then go to the products page to test:

Let me know what you find.

KeymasterUpdate: The issue was that the site recently switched to using “https”. The many URLs in the settings menu of the plugin was still using the “http” URL values. Once those URL values in the plugin settings were updated to use “https”, the issue was fixed.

KeymasterYes you can give BOTH the options (a subscription and a one time payment) to your members.
You can tie both those payment types to ONE membership level or two different levels. It is recommended to use two different levels (both levels will have same content access permission). Just the duration value will be different.
In your case, you should be able to do the following
1) You already have the one time payment setup going so keep that as is.
2) Create a new membership level for it that you will use to connect with subscription payments.
3) This level will give the members access to the same content.
4) Create a new subscription button and enter the membership level ID of the newly created level for this.
5) Put the subscription button on your membership payment page (beside the one time payment one)
6) Members can pay using the one they like.
admin
KeymasterIf you want to penalize them the membership time then you are not really making it optional (in my opinion). You are kind of doing how a subscription works (only you are doing it manually). They can cancel a subscription anytime they want.
