    I am using the Genesis Frameworks with the Agent Press Pro theme with agent-press plugin. I am checking the box to enable debug @ bottom of settings page. I have saved the settings after checking the box. I have simulated a sale. PayPal works, the PDT notification thank you page shows but has no download links. The default email page with the download links does work. The shopping cart works as it should. I have clicked the button reset log files. The reset files button seems to refresh the screen but none of the log files change. They all have a date from back in May. I have checked my sandbox settings, PayPal registers the sale. I tried with my maintenance page disabled, that did nothing. I feel like everything works as it should, except the PDT feature does respond with the thank you page but without the download links. The debug feature does not respond. Help please.

    Seems like it could be a caching issue. Those log files are likely being cached by your server so it is always showing you the cached version. Please contact your hosting provider and tell them to reset caching.

    Also, make sure you have the IPN feature enabled in your PayPal account so our plugin is receiving the IPN notification (otherwise there is nothing to write to the log file). The following checklist will be helpful:
