Tagged: collect input, customer input, PayPal, shopping cart
Hi,
we just installed your addon “Collect Customer Input” in simple shopping cart.
It works fine, but how we can get these inputs in our Order-Mail?
we defined a field for the customers, to set a date for a workshop, but we don’t know, what shortcode for this specific field is, so that we can get a E-Mail from this output.
Thx
If you add the following email merge tag in your admin notification email (in the “Email Settings” menu of the plugin), you will get all the custom fields value entered by the customer:
{custom_fields}
Hi,
your Short-Tag {custom_fields} don’t work.
Output in Email is “custom fields” only
I don’t understand the Sytax behind. can i get the whole Input from the custom fields only?
nevertheless it don’t work with your posted shortcode…
EDIT:
My fault – Syntax-issue.
It works, THX!
Glad to hear that you got it sorted out.
