KeymasterLooks like that language file is not in UTF-8 formatting. Did you edit that language file and forgot to save it in UTF-8 format?
Please read the “Note for Non-English Language Users” section from the following page:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/plugin-language-translation
Let me know if that helps.

KeymasterHi, Can you please show me this on your site so I have better context?

KeymasterIt is a good idea to read the following page. It has info that will give you good perspective into the registration process:

KeymasterWhat you have done looks fine to me. That should work fine.
July 25, 2019 at 7:04 am in reply to: Payment Gateway Bundle – can we specify a gateway for a specific product? #79733admin
KeymasterThe way you do that is by using “Buy Now” type buttons. So you can create a product then use a “Gateway Specific” buy now button that will create a “Buy Now” button using the Stripe payment gateway. You can create buy now buttons for any payment gateway.
The following tutorial should be helpful:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-to-use-gateway-specific-buy-now-type-buttons
Same goes for subscription payment buttons. You can create subscription payment buttons using a shortcode (for a particular gateway).
You can then put all these buttons on your product’s landing page in any order you want (so a customer can use the option they prefer).

KeymasterAt the moment it is a “Sequence” that you put in eStore.

KeymasterCan you please enable the debug logging option in the affiliate plugin so we can see what sale notification it is getting from the membermouse plugin? That should give me some clues.
July 21, 2019 at 1:08 am in reply to: Force resize of thumbnails or is this process automatic? #79724admin
KeymasterChanging the gallery template shouldn’t stop the thumbnails from showing. Which template did you change it to (and from which one)?
If it is just one gallery, you can delete the gallery then re-create it.

KeymasterThe plugin doesn’t have any capability to behave differently based on browser. This would have to be an issue external to the plugin. Caching is the most likely cause. Many hosting providers use caching without telling the customers. Did you ask your hosting provider if they use any caching mobile?
Do you use any solution on your site to handle mobile traffic that could be cause this?

KeymasterFor the leaderboard to work, you need multiple affiliates to have earned a few commissions (so there is something to show).
Also, the first thing we need to address is what is happening with your commission entry. Are you entering any values incorrectly there (like the date value)? When you add a commission manually, it doesn’t show up in the Sales data menu at all?

KeymasterLooks like the main issue is the following error:
Failed to insert the following into the order table
Please do the following which should resolve the issue:
Let me know how it goes after that.

July 16, 2019 at 6:29 am in reply to: How do I make customer input in estore mandatory in wordpress.com #79692admin
KeymasterYou could do the following to still make code modification (if you want to go down that path).
You should be able to update the code in your computer then make a new zip file of the plugin with the updated code.
Then delete the estore plugin from your site and then upload the newly created zip (that has the updated code). You won’t lose any data in the process so it is okay to delete and re-upload a new copy of the plugin.

KeymasterJust to confirm, are you using the following addon of WP eStore which has an option to configure customer input fields and make fields require?

KeymasterIf you are using the following PDF stamper integration with emember (to offer stamped PDF download to members), then that should work fine with our Stripe payments plugin also:
