when in checkout is activated the check accept terms and conditions in spanish language appear in the words with accents extrange symbols,the same in the textBox of the manual checkout, what is the solution to solve this problem

The site is brainland.net in menu select productos enter in Natur Technology and select one product and push Añadir al Carrito
In the checkout is no problem select payment manual and look all the labels
All the words with accents is not working here is two examples

Looks like that language file is not in UTF-8 formatting. Did you edit that language file and forgot to save it in UTF-8 format?

No, i’m not editing this file. What is the directory on is save the file ?
The file is saved in the “languages” folder inside this plugin.
Did you upload the plugin using the wordpress uploader or did you use FTP? If you used plain text FTP, then that can also mess up the UTF-8 characters in the language file.
Just to be sure, can you please do the following:

@emarin1949 — If you used FTP (Filezilla, et al), you must ensure it is using the “Binary Transfer” mode.
