Problem with Credit card payment witout paypal acount

Hey,

I just started working with the WP Photo Seller Plugin. I have set up PayPal Biznes and Paypal PDT Token and a gateway for manual payments and I have also marked all options for sending e-mails after shopping. Everything works very well. The problem is , when someone pays with a credit card without Paypal acount, they also do not receive the email and the purchase is not registered by WP Photo Seller Plugin in the “Orders” section.

Looks like the main issue is the following error:

Failed to insert the following into the order table

Please do the following which should resolve the issue:

Thank you very much for your answer. I did as you wrote and it worked well. I am happy with this.

I noticed one more problem now – On mobile devices, adding to the basket does not work on Chrome Webbrowser. There is information that the product has been added but when I click “show basket” – it turns out that the basket is empty. This only applies to Chrome mobile, the standard Android browser is OK.

The same error is also on your demo website.

Can you do something about it?

Seems like there is a caching issue. Are you using a caching plugin or is your hosting provider using any caching on their end?

I do not use a caching plugin and my hosting provider does not use any caching on their end.

This problem only applies to Chrome Mobile, on other browsers and on the my PC it works OK.

The plugin doesn’t have any capability to behave differently based on browser. This would have to be an issue external to the plugin. Caching is the most likely cause. Many hosting providers use caching without telling the customers. Did you ask your hosting provider if they use any caching mobile?

Do you use any solution on your site to handle mobile traffic that could be cause this?

Now it seems that WP Photo Seller works well with Chrome Mobile but I will test it also with other web browsers.
