If you go to the customers menu then enter the email address in there, it will show all the transactions (payments) from that user. You can see how much they spent from that.
Make sure to enable the following option in eStore settings:
WP eStore -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Capture Recurring Payment Sales Data
adminKeymasterSo this is only happening in one particular gallery? If the new images that you upload are working fine, then you can delete the ones that are not correct then re-upload them. If that doesn’t work, then I can log into your site and take a look.
adminKeymasterI checked that page using an iPhone and that worked fine. I think you are seeing a caching related issue. So in your mobile phone you saw a cached version (which is broken). Is there any caching plugin on this site? Is the hosting company using caching on their end?

adminKeymasterFor the custom value to disappear, something had to have changed in the database. Have you done any kind of database changes to this site. Any recent server software updates been applied to this site?
adminKeymasterI just tested the gallery upload in my test site and I don’t see the issue you explained. In the media insert window, do you have the “Full size” selected?
What version of the plugin are you using? What version of WordPress are you using?

The gift voucher processing is not a manual transaction so it can’t go to the manual checkout page. Is the gift voucher processing not working?
adminKeymasterIf the customer is paying for it via WP eStore then it will get recorded as normal transaction.
How are you handling this transaction?

adminKeymasterThat one you posted was for the following reason:
recurring_payment_suspended_due_to_max_failed_payment
Basically that subscription charge is failing. You will always have some customers who will intentionally deactivate their cards and the subscription charge will fail. It is normal. The plugin stops any membership account (if any) for that subscription when this happens.

You should import those users into the emember system using the following method:
