    Hi:

I use all 3 products of your Estore, eMemmber and WPAffiliate.

Among other ebooks, courses and memberships, I also sell consultancy services where I quote depending on customer requirement. Sometimes the clients pay as a lumpsum o sometimes in two or three instalments.

How should I configure so that the affiliate gets to know his referred client’s order amount, and get his commission on the single or several client payments against that total order? Could you please advice?

If the customer is paying for it via WP eStore then it will get recorded as normal transaction.

How are you handling this transaction?

Actually I wasn’t sure what to do.

Maybe if a consulting project has three milestone payments I can create three products in WP eStore with a minimum payment specified and then let the customer pay those as “bills” (or else fill the empty column with his amount that is same or larger than my specified amount).

It would be better if there was an invoice option in eStore (or something close to that?) Do we have some feature that can double up as an invoice?

Invoicing is a demand for a “future payment,” as I explained in your other post.

Perhaps, you can use recurring payments? For example, $X a month for Y months?

Yes, I think the monthly payments for a set period of months is a good model. I’ll try it.
