I created a gallery and added photos to it. It works on the computer, but not on a smart phone. All that shows are red boxes with the filename in them. When you click on them, they say,”The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.” I haven’t added a gallery since February, and it worked then. I have looked at galleries throughout the year and it was worked until today. Unfortunately I put a gallery up for a client and now it is making me look bad. Please help.
Post the URL of a page where I can go and see this in my phone. That will allow us to inspect and try to understand what is happening.
I checked that page using an iPhone and that worked fine. I think you are seeing a caching related issue. So in your mobile phone you saw a cached version (which is broken). Is there any caching plugin on this site? Is the hosting company using caching on their end?
