If you try to load the following JS file form your theme (just copy and paste the URL in your browser’s address bar), why does it give a 404 error?
yasmeenphoto.com/wp-content/themes/skylab/inc/tinymce/langs/en.js
That file has nothing to do with our plugin. It is a file of your theme. That file is missing at the moment. Is this a required file of the theme that the theme is trying to load then fail and producing the error?
I am trying to understand which theme or plugin on your site is using that file and why. Our plugin doesn’t use that file.
adminKeymasterPost the URL of the page where we can go and check what you are saying so I can inspect the HTML and CSS of the page.
November 24, 2019 at 1:44 am in reply to: Failed to load plugin URL – server settings to correct? #80113adminKeymasterAlso, have you updated your theme to the latest version? At the moment it looks like the following file is missing from your theme:
/wp-content/themes/skylab/inc/tinymce/langs/en.js
I don’t think this is a conflict with our plugin. It looks more like the one of the theme’s files got deleted.
adminKeymasterI definitely want to add the button_text option for it. So that will get done.
The 0 option you can actually get already if you are using the add to cart button. This plugin’s main feature is the shopping cart so the “add to cart” type buttons are the default way of using it. The paypal buy now buttons has a form that submits directly to paypal.
November 23, 2019 at 1:18 am in reply to: eMember – Customizing "Authentication Required" screen after lockdown #80108adminKeymasterSo you are saying the lockdown popup does not show like the way it is shown on the documentation?
adminKeymasterIt should. Can you tell me what issue you are seeing with it?
November 22, 2019 at 5:24 am in reply to: eStore – The font and symbol style and size cannot be changed #80105adminKeymasterThis is most likely going to be a theme style related issue in my opinion. Since a lot of the style is supposed to come from the theme. I will know more when I can inspect your page. Can you post a URL where I can go and see the issue? Also, tell me the shortcode you are using there.
adminKeymaster1) What happens with the button customization is that someone says: “I want to customize the text”. Then someone else says “I want to customize the color”, Someone else goes “I want to make it italic”. So on and so on. The image makes it to where you make it look exactly like the way you want to (with text, color, style etc) then the output is as you want it to look like.
All buttons can be replaced by an image. I would like to know why the button image replacement is not working for you. Did you specify a button image URL in the eStore product configuration?
2) Why is 0 a valid price in the context of selling something? If you are wanting to give something for free, you would use a plugin like the following to offer free downloads:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-download-monitor/
WP eStore also has shortcodes to create free download links that you can put on a page to allow free downloads.
adminKeymasterThis coule be a new thing wordpress has started. Let me log in and check it on your site. I have sent you an email for it.
November 21, 2019 at 2:12 am in reply to: Registration process after purchase for an existin user on eMember.. #48725adminKeymasterLet me quickly explain how the payment for upgrade works…
The way the upgrade works is when a member is paying for a membership level, the plugin will simply add that membership level to their existing profile. If they are paying for a membership level that they already have in their profile, then it is considered to be a renewal. It will simply add that payment to that profile (extending the membership access for that level).
You can do it as a multiple membership level option but I think you can simply just have two membership levels like the following and use the single level per user option (the default behavior):
#1) Individual audit defense service
#2) Individual audit defense service + Small business audit defense
People can sign up to any of them separately. Also, you can have an upgrade button that allows people to upgrade to #2 from #1.
November 21, 2019 at 1:21 am in reply to: Creating Pass Thru Affiilate Links for External Site #22767adminKeymasterThere is a way but it will need a custom solution. Use the following option for it:
adminKeymasterThe following post will be helpful:
YOu can also use the following feature that will allow you to make your own button or text:
Regarding the 0 amount issue. The shortcode you are using is for a PayPal buy now button. That feature doesn’t apply to buy now type buttons since it bypasses the cart. Use an add to cart type button for it.
adminKeymasterPlease do the following first:

Let me know if you still see the issue after that.
November 19, 2019 at 11:51 pm in reply to: eStore – (exclude) Taxations on International sales via manual checkout. #80095adminKeymasterHave a look at the following documentation (it is a good reference):
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-tax-calculation-916
Check the Table rate tax addon there. It should be helpful for you.
adminKeymasterI have just updated the woo coupons addon to fix the warnings for woocommerce v3.7. Please update that addon to v1.4 and you shouldn’t see the warnings anymore.
That addon really doesn’t have anything to do with the custom value though. Since the custom value is read from the database (once it is recorded). So for it to disappear, something in the database had to have changed. Does the new sales (with custom value) show the custom value in the admin interface?
