eMember – conflict with existing WordPress account

When a new eMember signs up with the same email of their existing WordPress account on my site, they get an error that doesn’t allow them to join. I then have to manually import their account in to eMember. Is there a way around this error that I’m not thinking of?..

That indicates that the user already has an account on your site (most likely from a previous system you used). You should import those users into the emember system using the following method:
