I just can’t think of anything else that can prevent this. Can you check the server for some error_log to see if there is any error log for when the operation fails? The server’s error_log will contain more specific info as to why the process failed. Then we may have a better idea of what is causing it.

Please note that the addon was created for one particular user as a custom job. He has an specific requirement which this custom addon solved. It doesn’t mean that it will solve your particular situation also. So it may need some additional customisation based on your needs.
Yeah you should be able to do that. Just make different products in WP eStore that hook to different membership levels of emember. You can make as many membership levels as you want and hook it to any estore product you want. For example: the one off payment product can be hooked to membership level ID 3. Then the subscription product (which is another estore product you create) can be hooked to membership level ID 4. If a customer is buying both these items, they will have both those levels in their profile.
Most likely there is a JavaScript error on the site now. I tried to inspect the webpage but it asks me to log into the site.

The RAM is definitely more than enough. This is something outside the plugin so I can’t really say for sure. I can process multiple 5MG+ photos in a gallery with my site without any issue. So something specific in this site is preventing the operation. Is the PHP script execution time limit a factor on this site?

Since it is a custom post type, I will need to see what that plugin or theme (offering the custom post type) is doing. They maybe executing it in a way that prevents our plugin from hooking into the URL there. I will send you an email to get access so I can check it out.
Looks like you are doing subscription payments. I am going to send you an email with something to try. Lets see if that works better or not.
I can’t think of any good solution for this. So yeah please remove that menu from that page. That page will be fine without the menu since it only collects the transaction details then redirects to the thank you page.
Thank you. This is going to be more of a hosting resource limitation related issue (so the plugin is failing to process a bigger file). Can you please talk to the hosting provider and see if you can get them to allow more power/resources to this site so it can handle the processing of the bigger files?
Is this for the estore plugin or the simple shopping cart?
Do you have some kind of a firewall on your site (like from a security plugin) that is preventing PayPal accessing the JS file? Is there a .htaccess block or password protection on your site? That will stop the process from working since PayPal won’t be able to communicate with the site.
That usually means the server’s resources is a little low to be able to handle the processing of the larger photos. Your PHP RAM memory limit looks fine to me. Maybe it is hitting the script processing time limit. Just as a test, can you create a new gallery and use only one or two large photos (instead of many), then let me know if that processing on that completes?
