I was waiting to see some log file data from you so I can understand what step is failing on this site.
Have you done a transaction after enabling the logging feautre? Do a test transaction and share the log file details here so I can see what step is failing.
Our plugin will put all the gallery pages under the main photo gallery page to keep them all tied together. You will need to manually change this one.
Looks like you are using the “smart checkout” option of PayPal only. PayPal doesn’t offer their profile based tax feature to that Smart Checkout option. That one is only available in their standard checkout (the default one offered by the simple cart plugin). I am not sure how to solve this one unfortunately.
Are you talking about the standard WordPress’s page editor? Or do you mean the gallery page that our plugin creates when you add a new photo gallery?
The temporary stamped files may get deleted (based on how long we are talking about here). The plugin also has a built in function to clean up the old stamped files on a regular interval. So I am not sure if this is a good idea.
The Template 9 is responsive. The photo details page is also responsive. Which template are you using?
You just have to delete that link from the “eStore Download Link Stats” addon. That will invalidate that particular link.
We will try but it is a little tricky. We mainly support English text which is mentioned in our product details page (the “Language Supported” section):
Go to the settings menu and uncheck the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” checkbox. That option uses an external library called “timthumb”. Let me know if you still see the same result after that.
Do you use any caching plugin?
Please enable the debug logging feature of estore plugin so we can see if the plugin is sending the API request off to convertkit (after a transaction).

I don’t think we have an structure to handle this unfortunately.
Can you make those add-ins products to have a product specific shipping cost? So if those are added to the cart, it will trigger additional shipping cost.
