Page Attribute Default Setting to (no parent)

Hello,

Is there a way I can set the Parent Page Attribute to be (no parent) by default? Right now I have to select (no parent) when I create a new gallery page. I’d like to be able to skip that step if possible and just have (no parent) be the default selection.

Are you talking about the standard WordPress’s page editor? Or do you mean the gallery page that our plugin creates when you add a new photo gallery?

I’m talking about the gallery page that’s created when I create a new photo gallery. I like to use “no parent” for SEO purposes.

Our plugin will put all the gallery pages under the main photo gallery page to keep them all tied together. You will need to manually change this one.
