It seems that WP eStore adds
cache-control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate
That prevents caching to every page, there a way to prevent that?
since not every page on the website is a shopping related page
What led you to the conclusion that it’s eStore related?
When I disable E Store It’s removed
There is a 3rd party piece of GNU code that seems to be generating that header in the file lib/timthumb.php about 17% down in the file. We’ll research if it’s really necessary; but in the meantime, feel free to disable it in your own copy.
Thanks,,, In my case it interferes with SiteGround caching

Is there a way to disable it without it being overwritten?

The developers need to study the issue. You CAN remove the code manually if you want. These are my “standard” recommendations, on code modifications:
Go to the settings menu and uncheck the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” checkbox. That option uses an external library called “timthumb”. Let me know if you still see the same result after that.
Do you use any caching plugin?
