    Hi,

How do I inactivate an encrypted link that has been generated via WP eStore > Admin functions? I.e. I would like to prohibit that my client continues to use an encrypted link that I earlier have sent to him.

    Regards,

    H

Assuming that you did not make the link non-expiring, the easiest way is for YOU to simply use the link more than 5 times or until you get a link-expired error. But if you overrode the expiry controls, then you’d have to use phpMyAdmin to manually edit the eStore_download_links_tbl table entry.

What value do you have in the “Duration of Download Link” field of the eStore settings?

I put 999999 in the Duration of download link and 300 as download limit count. I want these properties for this product but I want to temporarily remove the product access for just one client that have previously received an encrypted link. A “pause” or “delete” function for a specific link would be nice.

I have the addon eStore File Download Statistics installed and can see the specific link there and there is a delete option. But I assume it won´t make the link unusable?

You just have to delete that link from the “eStore Download Link Stats” addon. That will invalidate that particular link.
